I think this is a very good and timely question. I will definitely bring it
up with my colleagues this next week.
You might want to consider the online consultation group. Mavis has just
completed an eight session series and it seems that everyone involved found
it an exceptionally valuable experience. It does require a videocam and a
certain flexibility in scheduling. I don't know when she's planning to do
another but I do know it will happen again.
