Dear list

I'm really excited finding out about FAP (through the Hayes C.S.
mindfulness reader) and hope through this list to remain update about
new findings and developments, and get clearer on this work.
My background is not behaviour-therapy, but more client-centered
therapy and self-psychology and intersubjective models. I'm thrilled
that such previously divergent ways of thinking and working are
converging.
