I was not sure which muscle the Pectoralis Major is so I looked it

You do not say whether your doc is going to cut into this rather
large muscle or all the way through it. If the latter, is she going
to make a small incision or long. If the latter, will it be across
the muscle or along the muscle. I sould think that the size,
location and length of the cut would have much to do with how the
muscle might be affected. But... Maybe not based on what Mimi is
reporting.
