The mission of the Friends for Life Foundation is to provide an opportunity for breast cancer survivors, their family members,caregivers and volunteers to offer support and inspiration to each other in a warm and comforting home environment. Together, we share our knowledge, experience and optimism with those within the community who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. We spread awareness through guest speaker discussions and interactive sessions that include, for example... yoga, exercise, nutritious cooking demonstrations, etc. We also offer free exercise classes, house cleaning and babysitting services to those who are undergoing breast cancer treatment. We also donate food to families whose loved one is going through breast cancer treatment. Please check our website often as we grow and add other services and events!
We have a separate message board strictly for kids from kids... Please refer to our home page and also look at "Kids for Life" under the navigation menu. Our kids need support too!
Please use this message board to share ideas, ask questions, answer questions or share any message you want with the group or in response to one of our members.
