Thank you for your input, Andy.
Some people with IBS do find that these diets enable them to tolerate more foods
over time, ie. more insoluble fiber, more raw vegetables, etc. They also
sometimes get rid of some food allergies (supposedly by healing leaky gut), of
which I have a huge number. I'm just not sure if this would be the case for ME,
considering my problems are caused by mercury toxicity.
