Very good analogy Colette re sulfur and mercury.
This statement from Andy (from the link you provided) is confusing to me
however:
"It is important to exclude sulfur for a week AFTER the introducing sulfur
foods. The reasonf or this is, paradoxically, if you have high cysteine, you may
feel better with sulfur at first, but this will be followed by feeling worse
after sulfur is removed. "
So...if one feels better with sulfur foods, but worse after sulfur is removed,
why not stick with the sulfur foods (and also chelate)?
