I've done 19 rounds as of today.
I also had a lot of yeast overgrowth symptoms, it was hard the first 10 rounds
or so. I eliminated sugars from my diet and from time to time I took some mild
antifungals to control the yeast. It worked to some extent but I fear that you
have to suffer for a while with it. Yeast and Mercury are kind of the chicken
and the egg story.
At this point I definitely know my depression symptoms were mercury related and
I'm 60% sure my IBS is too. I hope that when I reach the 40 rounds my ND is
aiming at my assertion will grow near 100% certainty.
We'll see,
Good luck.

those rounds, I had some improvements too. And at the end of my first round, I
actually some Candida overgrowth symptoms (which I don't normally have). So I
really wonder if mercury causes IBS for some reason other than gut dysbiosis.
