Hi I'm also interested in any inputs about this topic.
I've noticed a lot of improvements in my IBS since starting chelation but
reading others experiences will be nice.
Thanks.

to try to "cure" my IBS. I actually have my symptoms completely under control
right now... I mainly just have to avoid too much insoluble fiber... but this
means avoiding a lot of healthy foods like veggies and fruits.

already have to avoid SO many foods (due to IBS, food allergies and sulfur food
intolerance), going on SCD or GAPS would mean having an extremely limited diet.
I'd only be able to eat meat, squash, carrots, and olive oil. (Although
hopefully being on the diet would eventually allow me to tolerate more
foods/more insoluble fiber.) I wouldn't have any problem adhering to the diet,
but it would be difficult for me to get enough calories, and I'm already really
underweight. It also would be more expensive than the current diet I'm on, and
require more effort, and I don't have a whole lot of money or time.

curing my IBS? Or would my IBS not likely be cured until I finish chelation
