Wow! I think you're on to something. Dr. mentioned that my
electrolytes have been low and I'm acidic. Magnesium has been
extremely low for a long time and can't seem to bring it up. Mag.
IV's and now drinking Magnesium Chloride ( very nasty).

I'll try the sodium bicarb, which is baking soda I believe. How
much do I drink? I'm guessing that I drink that between meals so it
doesn't interfere with digestion. Which book did you read?
