I myself usually take 300-350 mg with each meal but I have taken up to 650 mg
per meal with no ill effect. If I'm eating a big meal with a lot of meat, I
usually go for the higher dose.

Hi Michel, The old fashioned remedy for low stomach acid is a teaspoon of "real" apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning....
