Hi: besides talking with those who are stressing me out?! (ha,ha).
I'm doing the half b-vitamins for stress, the magnesium, the multi
vitamin, the non fish oil, (vegie version of Omega 3, 6, 9) the vegie
version for gluco, niacin, drinking lots of water, taking walks,
napping, getting to bed early, farming as much as I can out, that
type of thing.
more area schools were closed here and I'm starting to see folks wear
masks and washing my hands, a lot.
