Re: Achilles tendonitis question...Ocean

Wavewalking!! I've done that my entire life! Know how most ppl
usually just jog on the sand?? I've always "walked on water" lol
in the waves w/ the resistance too!

Last month I wavewalked in the Gulf one day, and the Atlantic the
next....then I came home and walked along the Chesapeake!

Just to note....I walk much gentler since FQ's, no matter WHERE!
I'm just thankful I still CAN walk! And I really was hoping the
"exercise" would be beneficial...but there wasn't any improvement.

Same sore feet. Same stiff body.

OK. Yeah. I think I'm getting there as far as them being bad. Running (and in the ocean no less) probably put it over the top. It's been in pain since then. ...

LOL! Yeah :) Me too. :) LOL. Yeah, I always think that keeping in shape, exercising, etc is better than atrophying, because it keeps it stronger, etc. But I...

Is it Tramadol or Toradol? They're similar. Tramadol is a pain reliever and Toradol is an anti-inflammatory.  If it's Toradol, skip it - I got hallucinations...
