Description

Welcome to Four Trimesters International, where we help people in Singapore and the United Kingdom prepare for pregnancy, childbirth and beyond. Whether you are thinking of having a child or have recently given birth, we can help you have the positive experience you are looking for.
Traditionally, the term "four trimesters" refers to the three trimesters of pregnancy plus the fourth trimester which is baby's first few months of life outside the womb. We at Four Trimesters International also think of this period as encompassing the four stages of child-bearing: preconception, pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
