Greta Van Susteren Goes Along With Scientology Agenda   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #69 of 399 |

Greta Van Susteren, a Scientologist, is using her position to
further the Scientology agenda in the Terri Schiavo case.

Greta made at least three points that Michael Schiavo and his
backers NEED the public to believe about this case in the January
12, 2004, interview, "Is a Florida Judge About to Throw Out a Law
Keeping Terri Schiavo Alive?"
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,108134,00.html

Point #1. "GRETA VAN SUSTEREN: Tonight, a Florida judge may be
closer to ruling on the constitutionally of a state law that's
keeping severely brain-damaged Terri Schiavo alive. Will the law be
thrown out and Terri Schiavo disconnected from the feeding tube?"

Scientology agenda: Make people believe that Terri's Law the only
thing that stands between Terri Schiavo and death. This is patently
untrue. There are numerous laws that, if obeyed, more than
adequately protect Terri Schiavo from a dehydration death. The most
obvious law is that she is entitled to a qualified guardian, and her
husband disqualified himself long ago.

Point #2. "VAN SUSTERN: Is the judge going to rule that the law is
unconstitutional, giving Governor Bush the authority to order that
feeding tube placed in Terri Schiavo?"

Scientology agenda: The public must believe that the governor of the
state of Florida had no authority to prevent the
dehydration/starvation of a citizen and thus had to be GIVEN special
authority by means of a special law. This is not true. Gov. Jeb Bush
has always had the authority to uphold the laws of the state of
Florida--including the statutes that protect Terri Schindler
Schiavo.

Gov. Bush was made perfectly aware that he already had the authority
to put a stop to the heinous dehydration Terri Schindler Schiavo was
undergoing at the behest of her unqualified "guardian."

World Net Daily reported:

"Not only does the governor have such power, but the governor has
the constitutional duty to prevent any action taken pursuant to such
a court order, because such action would violate Ms. Schindler-
Schiavo's constitutionally guaranteed 'inalienable right to enjoy
and defend life' regardless of her 'physical disability' as secured
by Article 1 Section 2 of the Florida State Constitution," declared
constitutional attorney Herb Titus, of Chesapeake, Va.

Several attorneys wrote to Gov. Jeb Bush. Below is a link to one of
them:

Point #3. "VAN SUSTEREN: Is there money in this, George, for your
client? I mean -- I mean, once Terri dies, is there any more money
left? I mean this has been dragging on for so long. Is there..."

Scientology agenda: Condition the public to think that Terri's death
is inevitable. Greta should have said IF Terri dies because the
outcome was not known at the time of the interview, but she chose to
say "once Terri dies."
