Why don't the attorneys for any of these 17 disability groups file
formal complaints against Judge Greer to the Judical Qualifications
Commission (and any other disciplinary committees)--and make Judge
Greer's refusal to abide by the law public knowledge? Why don't they
cite the fact that according to the Florida statutes, Michael Schiavo
is not even qualified to speak for Terri--much less have her feeding
tube pulled!

Terri's Law is not the REAL legal barrier between Terri's life and
death and the attorneys for these organizations (including Jay
Sekulow) know it! Jay Sekulow publicly makes statements that Terri's
Law is keeping Terri alive. He is going along with the diversion
plan.

Making Terri's Law THE issue is sending the message that the present
guardianship laws which fully protect Terri, are not valid. They are
valid, but they are not being honored by Judge Greer! Michael Schiavo
is demonstrably and provably not qualified to be Terri's guardian--

Everything is being done to keep the focus away from the fact that
Michael has no real legal status to speak for Terri. He has Greer's
illegal backing AND the silence on the part of every disability
attorney regarding this fact!

Yes, focusing on Terri's Law to the exclusion of the fact that
Michael is not qualified to be Terri's guardian under Florida law is
helping Michael's and his backers' agenda.

Any and all of the disability advocates'attorneys can file papers
which can effectively halt Greer dead in his tracks for quite awhile
while the charges against him are being investigated. They can
prevent Greer from allowing a man who does not qualify to be Terri's
true legal guardian to speak for her!

Terri's Law is not the only legal barrier between Terri's life and
death. Any attorney who says this is going along with the program.
Period.

The present laws (if obeyed) will keep Terri alive because Judge
Greer would be held accountable for violating them and Michael would
be removed from his position as Terri's legal guardian. The
Schindlers are the next of kin and would be granted guardianship of a
woman who has demonstrated for many years a strong will to live.
