According to Scientology Ethics:

If the court does not grant the motion to dismiss the Writ of Quo
Warranto petition, there is a danger that this plot, (which would
bump up Scientology's rank in the network) would be indefinitely
delayed.

Terri has the "right" (according to Scientology ethics) to be
DEHYDRATED to death based on "convincing evidence": the testimony of
Michael Schiavo--a man who was there when her oxygen supply was
abruptly cut off and she suffered debilitating injuries. A man who
did not perform CPR on his non-breathing wife is suddenly solicitous
and wants to cause her to die--in order to honor her "wishes."

Oh, we cannot forget the other so-called last minute "evidence": the
surprise testimony of surpise witnesses-- Michael's brother and
another brother's wife--who suddenly "remembered" Terri's supposed
wishes when Richard Pearse did not buy Michael's solo testimony.

They could not have been more blatant in showing the world that this
is a court case, but not one that plays by Florida rules. This is a
staged event. And one they will not get away with--no matter what the
outcome may be.
