My comments on the article, 'TERRI SAYING THANKS' By KATE SHEEHY

Michael Schiavo said, ". . . People are allowed to die every day.
Feeding tubes are removed every day."

That is a sad fact, but what Michael Schiavo will not say, and the media
ignores, is the fact that a court order to withhold [regular] food and
water is NOT issued every day. In fact, no judge in the United States of
America has ever issued such an order until Judge Greer (who came to
office and stayed in office via the efforts of his Scientologist
campaign manager and who was awarded for his judicial misdeeds by a
Scientologist of the pro-Scientology Clearwater Bar Association) did
the deed on February 25, 2005.

Judge Greer chose the anniversary of Terri's traumatic, brain
injuring mishap—which has been attributed to bulimia yet caused her
to sustain broken bones and an extraordinarily rigid neck—to set the
final date to commence her death by dehydration

Examine the wording of the historical court order below:

On February 25, 2005, this court ordered the guardian, Michael
Schiavo, to "cause the removal of nutrition and hydration from the
ward, THERESA SCHIAVO, at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 18, 2005.
