Terri's Law (other than saving Terri's life for the time it was in
force) was also about checking DISORDER in the court. Was this a
precedent in and of itself? If so, it was clearly needed.
Here is Felos' spin on it: "This case is instead about whether the
Legislative and Executive Branches of the State of Florida can
nullify the decisions of the courts of this state and can suspend the
operation of the Constitution of the State of Florida with respect to
a single citizen."
