Gliadin/gluten can cause HUGE stomach problems. I would suggest trying the gluten-free thing for a week at least - no bread, pasta, crackers, cookies, cakes...

When I cooked ghee, I cooked it on an electric stove. It turned out fine. I don't think it really matters as long as you know how quickly your stove heats up...
