I am still aftraid to eat most of the food I am intolerant because i
have somethimes strange reactions like paltipations or stomach upset
to food I already had before.And my immune test showed that I have
elevated level of IgE but it is not clear for what exactly.
My doc prescribed me test RAST test for some foods.
What do you know about that?

I have found info on LDA treatment for allergies.
I wonder if somebody tried it and how is worked?
