Check out www.scdrecipes.com. These are recipes designed for folks with Crohn's Disease, IBS, autism, etc. and use no wheat or yeast. You may have to play with the recipes a bit because they recommend their own homemade yogurt and cottage cheese. I have not tried making bread, but have made some of the crackers and cakes. I also have a recipe for cookies using almond flour and sweetened with honey. Almond flour is available at health food stores, but I buy 5 pound bags of blanched almond flour from www.store.honeyvillegrain.com. (It keeps well in the refrigerator.) They have the best price that I have found.
