Hey everyone - as I mentioned, I got my results back a couple weeks
ago, but my wife just got hers back last week. I have no severe
intolerances and my 5 moderates are buckwheat, plum, pomegranate, tea,
and vanilla. Therefore, I read I am supposed to avoid my milds
or "yellows" for 3 months instead of three weeks - is that right?
My wife, not so lucky. She's a chocoholic - one of her severe
intolerances is cane sugar. Others are tomatos, shrimp, carrots, fig
and green pepper. Her moderates include apricot, baker's yeast,
cottonseed, green peas, kale, lamb, oats, onions, peanuts,
strawberries, sweet potatoes, turkey and wheat. So she only needs to
wait three weeks before reintroducing her milds? That part seems a bit
confusing.

So we're getting started on the rotation diet together - but I wanted
to ask if anyone had some great recipes that they have either picked up
or created on their own based on their accepted food list, or what
resources they used to find recipes. When we're at work, we can be
selective towards our individual lists, but for dinner we'd like to
prepare meals that fit both of our restrictions.

Thanks!
