Hi. I just got my list of food intolerances and am confused about some
of the foods I have to exclude in the Mild tolerance list. Keep in
mind, that I have an extensive list of 26 foods in this list. Because
this list is so large, I am excluding them all for 6 months and may
reintroduce some of them later. Until then, I need to get a handle on
what exactly is to be excluded. :]
1. If I can't have squash, why is pumkin on my OK list?
2. When it says not white potatoe, does that mean no little reds and no
Yukon yellows too?
3. If egg yolk is a NO-NO, what if it is in baked goods like bread?
4. What is fructose? Does it include corn syrup?
