Author Roger Davis Deutsch Signs on as Expert Panelist for 2007 Fit
America Contest

January 2007 – Author and health consultant Roger Davis Deutsch
joins this year's panel of experts for the 2007 Fit America Contest,
being sponsored by MyFitnessTrainer.com. The contest offers over
$50,000 worth of prizes waiting to be awarded for the persons most
successful in their weight loss program.

Open to anyone in the U.S., the Fit America Contest is free to enter.
From January 1, 2007 through April 1, 2007, contestants are
challenged to lose weight using any sensible, medically safe
nutrition and exercise plan. Along with before-and-after photos and
measurements, contestants submit 100-word essays about their fitness
journey during the contest. MyFitnessTrainer.com selects winners
based on a combination of weight-loss success and impact of
individual stories. There will be a Fit America Contest winner chosen
for every prize donated.

One option open to contestants is to work the weight loss program
outlined in "Your Hidden Food Allergies are Making You Fat: How to
Lose Pounds and Gain Years of Vitality". Mr. Deutsch is the book's co-

management techniques.

Corporation), developers of the Alcat Test for food sensitivities. He
is also a founding member and member of the Steering Committee of the
