My new ALCAT test   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #25 of 445 |
Hi All,
I have recently just had my first ALCAT test done on my own and am a little bit unsure of where to start.

I have posted the results here for the time being:

I wonder if anyone has any ideas to help.
The most confusing part is the mild intolerance to fructose (yellow), yet many fruits are recommended in the rotation diet.
I previously thought I had candida because when I avoided fruit and sugar I felt much better and the white line and film on my inner cheeks and tongue vanished. Also my stools were much better formed.

Onion, lemon, black pepper, garlic and chilli pepper also came up in the red. Now I have no problem avoiding these at home, except that it seems to be impossible to eat out then as they are seemingly always added to restaurant foods.
What happens if by mistake you eat one of these. Is it 3-6 months starting over again!

Any ideas of where to start would be gratefully appreciated.
I'm very excited about this test.

Many thanks,
Dean
