Re: Nettle

It seems I got the idea about my increasing sensitivities.
Alfalfa it is great for detox, constipation and IBS. I was taking it
for about 3 weeks and I notised that my sensitivities are increased
though it helped my for reflux and constipation.I didn`t check it
before but now i have red in my book Prescription for Herbal Healing
that it is not recommended for people with Hay fever or allergies. It
is also has some phytoestrogens which are good probably for menopausal
women but it caused flashes to me.
Yesterday I was so scared that I had called to allergist who advertise
himself in local magazine. He was available the same day and he told me
that I probably still have allergies. He want me to come for skin test
again 3 times. Every time he will increase dose to determine if I have
EgE reaction. Than he can treat it with shots. I am not sure i want to
dig so dip for allergies and have shots. But I will visit him again bc
he said he can treat candida too.
I wonder if somebody had such tests and shots for allergy?

Liz
