Re: Nettle

Thank you Cara for advice but I alredy use iron pot but it is not
enpogh. I have intolerance to gladin but my test for celiac was
negative. The major reason for my anemia is heavy bleeding during
period.
I can`t stay without gladin at all bc I need fiber to detoxify
intestines and help with constipation. y own bread it not really
appetising and hear to digest. But I eat gluten only few times a week.
And i have reaction to non-gluten food to so the list of food is too
narrow.
I have notised that even light intolerances giving me palpitation now.
For example mint, crab, shrimp are supposed to be light intolerace
food for me.I am not even talking about sugar which always caused
severe reaction and it is firts in my list.
I weak up at night with pounding heart and have to take sodium
bicarbonate for itchy troat but it don`t help with heart.Usually if I
will stop palpitation with Valerian tincture I have chest pain after
that.
If somebody else have such symptoms?

Liz
