Under study
Food scientists from Cornell University are looking for adults to
participate in a comprehensive food allergy study this spring.
Professor Robert Gravani seeks people ages 18 and older who have
severe or life-threatening food allergies, such as those to peanuts,
seafood or tree nuts. Participants will go through interviews and be
compensated for their time.
Researchers want to understand how adults manage their food
allergies, so informational materials on dealing with food allergies
can be produced.
The Department of Agriculture is paying for the study, which Cornell
is doing in collaboration with the University of California, Davis.
