insurance.... PLEASE NOTE: Most personal issues should go directly
to ALCAT. I do try to mediate, but you most likely get a faster

Hello Lynn,

It has come to my attention that you had some trouble getting
reimbursed for your ALCAT test through your insurance. As I am the
billing manager here at the laboratory and do many claims to BCBS of
IL, I would be happy to help you determine the reason why your
insurance could have denied your claim.

I can tell you that we submit many claims to BCBS of IL and unless
the policy does not have out of network benefits, these claims have
all been covered. Of course the amount of coverage varies, and some
people have deductibles which are applicable, but keep in mind that
this still means that the insurance is covering the test.

Please call me to discuss this and I can help you understand what
