Most major PPO insurance cover the alcat test. We submit claims on a
daily basis. Please take a moment to call us on the toll free 800#
below and ask for Jean Koch, she can confirm that the claim was
submitted correctly.

We do offer a 20% discount for re-testers and we even have a "pre-
pay" or out of pocket price for people who do not have insurance
coverage or whose claims are denied.
