Hi Linda and Dave
That's a good question, and the answer is yes, food reactions do
change over the course of time. Remember that our Alcat test is for
food and chemical sensitivities not true food allergies. When you
receive your Alcat results, you delete your red and orange foods for
6 months, than slowly one by one [checking for reactions] put them
back in the diet.
You may find one or more foods you are trying to reintroduce will
cause a reaction, that food would be removed for another 8 weeks,
than try again to integrate into diet. I always say three strikes and
that food is out!. If 3 times you have reintroduced that food and all
3 times a reaction occurred, that food is most certain genetically
predisposed to react and can not be eaten.
Retesting Alcat should occur every year to 15 months for continued
wellness
