I actually was taken off of wheat and milk as an infant, and labeled ‘allergic’, and put back on them a few months later. Those were the first foods I quit, and I noticed a tremendous reaction. I reacted to gliadin and casein on the alcat, as well as several other foods. The celiac panel (taken 2 mo later) was negative – but since I’d already been gluten free for 2 mo, I consider that inconclusive. My allergy test came back positive for wheat, barley, malt and yeast.
I feel SO much better, I don’t expect to ever eat gluten again . . . but who knows
thanks

Cara,
Just a thought, but you don't have to have the whole celiac panel come back
positive for you to be gluten or gliadin intolerant. My daughter and I are both
gliadin intolerant and changing our diet has changed our lives for the better.
I had the celiac panel done and the Alcat done and both showed I was gliadin
intolerant.
Good luck with it all!
