Thanks Suzanne for the input on vitamins. We did try Supernuthera
from Kirkmans for multivitamins. Neel had diarrhea; Dr. Cutler told
us to stop as it is apparently not tolerated by some kids (I want to
trial it again since at the time Neel younger brother also had a
stomach bug). Since this approach did not work, we have been
trialling B6 in small doses while we continue with B12 injections.
Unfortunately I am not seeing much improvements (except for some
improvement in eye contact) from anything yet. I dont expect to see
any results until I can reach the high dosage of B6/Mg that has
worked for others. However, we always have some other negatives that
seem to come in the way after 3 weeks of introduction.

I am continuing with the mB12 injections since Neel had one mutation
in the MTHFR gene and because he is playing with his tongue (a known
side effect) indicating it is doing something in his system. I had
read that Dr. Neubrander was going to disclose his study on nasal
mB12. I did not know that the pathways of action are different.
Perhaps we need to try that route too. Is this protocol on his web
page yet??
