Anna, Dr. Kline said enough fiber has to be given to make the child go 3x a day. I started giving Faith psyllium without increasing her magnsium and she started pooping balls so I suggest either psyllium with oxypowder (I have some on order) and increase3d water or another fiber. Hemp seed powder was suggested to me b/c it's also high in Omega 3's. I really think the insoluble fiber is key but we have to balance it with enough water to keep it from becoming constipation.

I'm still working on getting the balance right for now. I think our kids will always need something until we get their guts/immune systems fixed.

Colonix (Dr. Natura) did wonders for me personally. Of course there are multiple ingredients in it that the kids can't tolerate but you might want to check that out. That was the best colon cleansing/poop making thing I ever took and I've heard others who's chldren can take it have similar comments. It's a serious guaranteed poop if you do it the way they prescribe.
