A chemical that causes many cancers & birth defects
Three other discussion forums - More info on 2-butoxyethanol, the CFIDS, Fatigue causing chemical. Although the harm of this chemical is recongized by researchers, it is not recognized by people who are overly exposed ... nor their doctors. It starts out looking like the FLU. Remember a time when you had a serious FLU & Horrible fatigue and headaches? It should be suspect for causing CFIDS & 'gulf war syndrome' ... many birth defects and cancers. USA says they don't know about cancers/birth defects. It is a teratogen chemical in widespread use. Suspect it also for the epidemic of diabetes & many autoimmune metabolic issues including obesity, autism, leukodystrophies

FDR was in the area ... during 'bird flu'
Or approaching 'bird flu' in 1917 he got as close to the front lines of WWI as they would let him. It is a chemical poisoning that causes an autoimmune immune system. Attacking the hypothalamus and the red blood cells. On the return voyage, assist sect of the US Navy, FDR, came down with a strange influenza. In 1921 they thought he came down with polio, but it was an autoimmune immune system attacking his Central Nervous System, in which paralysis happens.

Seals & other Mammals - N - the environment
In 1989 there was an effort to save the sea otters and baby seals who were harmed by the oil spilled from the Exxon Valdez. Many volunteers may have paid for their graciousness with their lives. Some information on what happened to the workers including the November 5, 2001 LA Times article. Some thoughts on loss of 80% of the herring of Prince William Sound in Alaska in 1993 may have been from the cleanup chemicals used. Thoughts in general on the demise of the sea mammals & written comments 10-15-03 to the committee asking for public input ... how to clean up oil spills in the future. Comments also to the Exxon Valdez oil spill Trustee Council on 3-6-06

many children are being born today who have some of their 'allowable' chemical load ... already there. Meaning, that parents and grandparents have many times been poisoned by ethylene glycol monobutyl ether (New name is 2-butoxyethanol) This chemical is a teratogen; it can cause reproductive harm. Other pesticides/solvents are, too; however, this one is in widespread use since before WWII and it is not recognized. We don't have something wrong with our genes as much as we have multiple generations of chemically poisoned people.
