i live in hampshire and my daughter has been diagnosed wth floating
harbor syndrome, anyone have any info on it???

Can anybody give me more details on 'a characteristic triangular face'
as described.  Short stature, language delay and the above are the
only details I can find re FHS.

Are there any photos?  I have only just heard of FHS and wonder if
this is what my daughter has.  She is a mystery.  Hope someone can
help.

I feel a little cheecky looking at all of the messages I have been
reading over the last hour and you all sound like great people.  it
was almost like reading what my mind often thinks at the end of 'one
of those days' housework, meetings with dr's, teachers, medical
professionals, therapists, etc etc.........it's exhusting sometimes,
but great kids and usually full of sunshine.   My little ray of
sunshine is Rosy. She is 6y6m and the youngest of three.  she was
diagnosed at 4 after we felt that something wasn't right!  As far as
i know there are 4 other children with fhs in nz.  I have met one
girl (and her mum) in the north island.  we live in the south in
Dunedin (cold like Tassie) Anyway, I would love to chat with you
guys, finally someone who understands.

you are so right,such a sweet message!!!  I know i am the adult but
once Justin starts to do something he keeps up the same activity all
day, he knows what floats my boat. Whether i react angrily or have
him help clean up, he keeps on keepin on. My problem is sometimes i
resent no time for me and would just like a day or half day to not
pick up or clean up, i don`t even have time to go chat anymore and at
night bt the time all are settled in i`m to tired to try and keep up
in the chat. I would just like, for a day not to be tired.Have
started vitamins again. Am just really tired of being tired. My
daughter can sit and look at a mess and not see it, i have to do
something about it.She does get up at 4:15am,is at work at 5:00 am
home around 3-3:30 pm.But even though that is a long day for both of
us i really would appreciate it if she helped out just a tad
more.Even a lot more.She promised to do the dishes last night and
when i got up wtih Justin this am i had to do last nights dinner
dishes before i could/would start breakfast.I`m in a rather crummy
mood.Its 8:15pm here Sat night and Justin is still going strong,and i
have a load of laundry drying and a table full of folded laundry to
put away. Sometimes i`m actually to tired to sleep.Thank goodness
Alex is such a great kid. Oh yes, today i also re-grouted the
bathroom tub because the landlord is really a lazy arse.gotta run see

Hi Ladies, Well Clauia i really do feel sorry for u suffering like
that with PMS.
But hey be easy on the kids cause i know they will get u down
sweetheart but they do not understand.
I used to be like that and the kids wouldn't come near me at all so i
just turned to take it out on something else and that worked betterso
that is why i do the housework all the time it is a real stress
relief.
Well Liz mitchell was likethat yesterday tearing up paper and
lickin'g it on the windows and the walls so i just went round and
cleaned it all up and told him he is not to do that so we will see
how we go.

couple of cups of epsom salts in a warm bath.Soak your stresses
away,also helps a lot when the kids get hyper>   i mean for yourself
and give the kids a epsom salt or lavender bath .I haven`t been
holding out i just learned this in the past couple of weeks. Also
Lavender aromatherapy,anything lavender,fizz balls for the
tub,lotion,shampoo,but not something mixed up,like grape or
something,just lavender. there is an excellent affordable brand "the
healing garden" the lavender in warm bath water is really relaxing
since it not only penetrates your skin,it waifs up for your senses to
smell >well i guess i best be finished for this night.  Take care

I have an answering machine on the computer so we only have to have
one phone line,a call came for Cindy to call work.I just takes a
second to go off line,and the answering machine is only $1, a month
on the phone bill. I heard that news story Wed. as it was breakung in
Houston,do you know that husband actually gave a news conference on
Thursday. They are calling it post partum psychosis. ??? How could he
not know something was desperately wrong,his mother had been in town
for two months to help out with the children her depression was so
deep. A Houston prosecutor said this afternoon on the news,in his 15
years as a prosecutor he had never,ever been involved in such a
horrific crime. At the scene on Tue. when the police and
investigators began arriving at the house, they had to send in grief
counselors to listen to and help the policemen cope just on some
small scale. Enough of this, i`m going to well hell i have to go

i AM THE gHOST OF christmas past and I have come to screw with your

stay up for it I usually fall asleep before the movie ends. how was

throws up. I am working with a behavioral teacher for her. monica
throws food and gets in a room and tears it apart then hits ryan I

teachers say that she makes them sweat. I tell you I don't have
patience for some of her bahaviors  so I am going to go to anger
management classes because I'll tell you sometimes she is so tough.
I am going to buy a punching bag. well anyways I wonder if these
behaviors will get any better ......she is so sick and when she is

hi everyone,
wow I saw something on the news this morning that freaked me out. a
women killed 5 of her kids the doctor gave her medicine for
postpartum depression and she killed her kids. I am telling you
I understand this women more then you know, when I was giving the
meds prozAc it did something to my brain for even one day. I am not
saying meds are bad but man oh man what a scary thing wow I HOPE THIS
LADY CANN LIVE WITH HERSELF. could you inagine having depression and
then killing. I know what depression is but actually doing it. man I
AM GOING TO PRAY FOR THIS WOMEN HARD, I do understand though. anyways

reacurring cold twic in a month and her lungs sound croopy. YOU GUYS

because I was using an inhaler and then smoking and then i found out i
have an arythmia so i needed to quit or else. but then i go an ulcer
