Welcome to our group Cathy. I know you are scared, but try to stay calm until
you get the results of your tests. You did the right thing by going ahead and
getting these spots checked out. We do have members here that have had
diagnosis of BCC. I am sure that a few will be able to answer some questions
for you if you have any. If we don't have the answers we will try to find them
for you. Hang in there honey. This comes with one of my big welcome hugs.
Just know that you are not alone now. I will be praying for you. If you need
to discuss anything, just feel free to post to the group and we will see how we
can help.

Hi, Im new, and my name is Cathy. I have had these strange bumps on my hands
They seem to start under the skin, then on the top of skin, then they form, like
little lunar craters, and they are flat I just went to the doctor yesterday, for
other problems, and also show her my hands She said they look like basal cell
carinoma (spelling) so of course Im scared, just the word cancer scares me! She
precribed some cream to put on them for now, then come back in two weeks Cathy
