Like I told you all earlier this week, being diagnosed with skin
cancer affects my life greatly. But of course, the VA healthcare
system, the antichrist of healthcare providers in the USA, tells me
NOTHING on things to do keep myself in better condition.
My questions to you all are this:
1. What dietary changes should I invoke now that I have Carcino
Sarcoma?
2. Should I continue to work out vigourously on a treadmill and go
swimming? The VA oncologist told me not to exercise and not
swimming fearing agitation and chlorine exposure.
3. Would relaxation, specifically yoga, be of helping in fighting
off the cancer?
Please send your responses to me. I look forward to your inputs.
