BUG SPRAY CANCER LINK (From Daily Record - Scotland)
INSECT sprays used in millions of homes could double the risk of a deadly
skin cancer, a study claims.
Researchers have found using the chemicals indoors just four times a year
could trigger malignant melanoma.
They believe toxic ingredients seep into the skin, where they start to
damage melanocytes, the cells which give skin its colour.
Cases of the cancer have doubled every 10 years in Britain for the last 40
years.
