I hope your hubby's diarrhea is totally unrelated to his cancer. Has he been to
a gastroenterologist? It would be good for him to take some probiotics to
restore healthy flora to his intestines.
I can't believe I have never heard of Merkel Cell before! I just looked it up.
Having spent the last 35 years in dermatologist offices I thought I had heard it
all.

As I sent out before, my husband was treated with local Radiation and Chemo late
last year for Merkel Cell Carcinoma. All has been looking good , except now
for the last month he has had progressively worsening diarrhea which has caused
him to loose over 10 lbs. This worries me. Has anyone had any symptoms like
this? He eats well...
