Donna posted this - I sense this is good sense
Love and Healing

There is science to support the measurable effects of thoughts, attitudes
effecting neuropeptides and the direct correlation to the immune system.
This is further exemplified in autoimmune diseases that flare with stress
as a correlating factor. Faith does make a significant difference. The
difference t hough is not in manipulating final outcomes out of our
control. Rather faith along the way that is foundational to a sense of
well being, faith that sustains instead of dictates, inspiring good choices
that are within my control.
Trusting in a higher power that it will be alright even if the preferred
expectation is not met, a reassurance that transcends even fate.
Transcendence soaring above the most difficult of times to heights that
know no limit, A want to stand up and cheer for the awe inspiring human
spirit whose hope, faith and determination is in itself a victory.
Creating, nurturing a sense of well being is winning the war. An inner
knowing that all is "Well with my Soul" and is not subject to man or this
beast of a disease. A mindset, perspective that is based on what I choose
to
think, making choices and acting on them that enhance the quality of life
Allowing myself to hope, trusting there is a bigger picture and even the
darkest of nights only enhances the radiance of the dawn. Loving deeper,
laughing louder, standing stronger are living the legacy and a tribute to
those we love.
Being as gentle to ourselves as we are to others. Cherishing, accepting
all we have is the moment and embracing it with the virtues we hold dear.
Victory is in fighting the good fight of faith, not giving in or giving up.
Always pressing toward the mark. Sustained by the quest itself resulting
in a level of transcendence not subject to even overwhelming odds.
Envisioning, embracing living in the moment is having what we desire now,
attaining the
ultimate someday goal, today. Keeping sights on the final objective as a
compass, appreciating that our heart's desire is in the journey rather
than
the destination. Donna
