Hi,
Over the weekend I developed alot of wheezing,shortness of breath,and
could hear every breath I took [and I'm hard of hearing] On Monday I called
the doctors office [yep--on the holiday weekend] and got the answering
service who got ahold of the doctor and he called me back right away. He put
me on Erthomycin right away and had me go in for a chest XRay and more blood
work yesterday
Today he saw me and examined me real good and told me the chest XRay
showed Pneumonia in my right lung PLUS fluid all around my heart [which he
feels is Congestive Heart Failure] sometimes associated with Atrial
Fibrillations. He increased my Lasix,Potassium,and put me back on Zaroxolyn
to get rid of the extra fluid [hopefully] I also had to change
antiobiotics and am now on something fairly new--Levaquin --for the
Pneumonia
I have to really watch my vitals and let him know if I experience any
problems. He got me in to see the heart doctor this Friday and feels the
heart doctor may want to run some additional tests and in to see my lung
doctor this coming Monday
I am reading my emails and thinking of you plus praying for your
requests and needs--I'm just not up to sitting to long as my breathing is
terrible and I get short of breath SO easy now. Please keep me in prayers
