Thanks for all the information. I am very aware now what this can do
to me. What ever the results may be I have already learned a pretty
big lesson. My children and myself will take all necessary
precautions when it comes to the sun. Thanks for your concearn and I
will let you know my results on Thursday.
For some reason I do not have a photo link.

> caridyess, welcome to the group. First of all, there is no real
way of knowing about spots until they are tested. You did do the
right thing by going and having the tests done. The good news is, if
they recently popped up, it is probably early enough, and it was
caught in time, and you are better off getting them off. Time is
very important. I mean if you notice any changes at all, you need to
have them checked ASAP. The sun has a way of causing bad things to
happen to your skin. It may just be age spots. People don't believe
this, but the sun does cause premature wrinkles and age spots.
Though you do have the right to feel a little bit nervous about it,
don't get yourself all worked up when it could be nothing. It is
much better to be safe than sorry. Also, if you spend any more time
in the sun or exposed to UV rays, it is best to wear protective
clothing and/ or sunscreen. You can take steps now to keep anything
else from happening to your skin. You may also keep in mind, and
this goes for everyone... even though you think it is cloudy outside,
the sun's UV rays still get through and can harm your skin.

Journeyman tree trimmer. He spent many hours up in trees with his
shirt off. He was diagnosed with Melanoma at an early age because he
was not educated about how harmful the sun was to him. It is my hope
that people can understand what it can do to you.

with some of those.
