I know I have been very quiet...I've just been kinda sitting back and
observing I guess. I haven't felt like I could contribute much.
Everything has been going pretty well with me and my family.

Sunday marked the 1st anniversary of Tom's death. My mom and I
bought flowers to have at the church in his memory and the kids and I
went to the grave and placed an Eagles pennant in one of the vases.

Sometimes it seems like it was a long time ago and other times it
seems like just last week. The kids are doing pretty good. We still
have problems every now and then with Joline, but that goes along
with her being 12, too ;) and also has to do with whether or not she
takes her medicine (Zoloft)

For those of you who don't know, I have a man in my life. Dan is
great to me and the kids. I love him so much and he allows me and
the kids to talk about Tom and to grieve. We are planning a New
Year's Eve wedding!! I am very happy.

Also, I am planning on buying a house. THe other one I was looking
at turned into being too many problems and I backed out of the deal.
I need to get a couple more inspections done on it but if everything
works out, we'll be moving the end of October!

I hope everyone is doing good. Even though I don't post much and I
don't say it often enough, I do think of y'all ALOT and I love you
guys....you helped me through a very rough time in my life and I hope
I can do the same for others....
