Hi John,

OMG.....Im so glad to hear you are doing ok....what an amazing story
that was. I cannot even begin to imagine what it was like....wow. Im
just so thankful you are ok.

Its hard to believe you have been paddling over a year now....it
seems like yesterday you and I were talking about your trip and now
you are 14 months into it and it blows my mind to think its been
that long...time sure flies....and Im sure for you time must stand
still at some point...do you ever lose track of the days/hours etc?

We have had a few new members and I have to admit Ive sucked at
being your assistant this summer with your cause....its been so busy
here with Jake (who is four now....nothing more needs to be said!)
and trying to stay cool in this crazy heat we have had....no full
blown exacerbations but lots of mini ones...simply from the heat.
John bought 15X24 oval pool for my 40th bday...so that allows me to
be outside, exercize yet remain cool at the same time....simply a
must for us MS'ers!!! Jake is in his second week of pre school and
loving it....lets hope that enthusiasm continues!

Anyway enough babbling.....Im sending you a few ((((HUGS)))) and I
hope your next post is as exciting as this one!!
