Wanting To Learn More On Myofacial..

Hello,I just found out last month that I now have
this myofacial in my jaw and it is prue hell with the
pain.Nights staying up because of the pain and the oral
denist said I need to have all my teeth pulled to
releave the pain and get false teeth because were I was
in a car wreak both sides of my jaw was broken so
now I have this in my mouth and it's not any fun at
all.So I wonder if this will really help I know that it
want go away only help the pain ease off a
little.<br>Does anyone have any thoughts of my problem or know
how to ease the pain?Does anyone else have the same
