Welcome Cindy,
 
My name is Kara, I have FM, anxiety, depression, degerativa arthritis all over.  I have 3 children ages 15, 13, & 11.  My husband is a US Navy chief newly retired as of August 1.  I train Service Dogs, homeschool all 3 kids, we are very active in 4H and church.   In my free time (lol) Iike talking and chatting with friends & family.
