Grilled Cheese and Apple Sandwiches
2 slices reduced-calorie white bread
2 tbsps Dijon mustard
1 cup (2 small) cored, unpeeled and thinly sliced cooking apples
2 (3/4 oz) slices Kraft reduced-fat Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to broil. Spread 1 tbsp Dijon mustard over each slice
of bread.
Evenly arrange 1/2 cup apple slices and 1 slice Swiss cheese over
each.
Place bread on a baking sheet and broil for 3 to 4 minutes or until
cheese
melts.
