HONEY CHICKEN
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 (3 pound ) fryers, cut up or
your favorite chicken pieces
Combine first 4 ingredients: set aside. Remove skin from chicken, if
desired.
Dip each piece of chicken in sauce, and place in a large greased
roasting pan.
Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or
until done.
Yield: 8 servings
