Feasible means "forum for everyone who advocates for survivors with injured brains looking for empathy, action and ethics." The focus is on issues of importance to the survivor of acquired brain injury (ABI) community. This group is for people with acquired brain injuries (abi) that have arisen from traumatic brain injury (tbi), stroke, tumor, illness, etc. Other terms associated with survivors in this group include anoxic or hypoxic brain injury, blast brain injury, brain aneurysm, brain injury related to surgical procedure, brain trauma, catastrophic brain injury, cerebral hemorrhage, chemo brain, coma, concussion, diffuse brain injury, head injury, head trauma, head wound, locked-in syndrome, mild traumatic brain injury (MTBI), moderate brain injury, penetrating head wound, persistently unaware state, post-concussion syndrome, sabi, serious brain injury, severe brain injury, skull fracture and survivor acquired brain injury. Dialogue from family caregivers is also welcomed. This group is operated by the Brain Injury Network (BIN), an international and national advocacy organization for people with acquired brain injuries. BIN is a registered, incorporated, nonprofit organization operating from Santa Rosa, California, USA. We have been in existence for over ten years. We are operated for and by surviviors of ABI. We are interested in promoting a social agenda for our community of people who have sustained acquired brain injuries. Our ongoing theme is to encourage a strengthening of laws at the international, national and state levels to protect people with acquired brain injuries from mistreatment.
